You don't have to figure it out alone. I'll show you. Running my own business with AI taught me the tool is the easy part. The skill is knowing what to ask it, and staying the one who decides.
So I'm teaching it, in plain English. One free hour on Google Meet. You leave with your first useful prompt, written for your business.
No card. Replay for everyone who signs up. I mention my paid class once at the end, and that's it.
I'm Wilson Kowaleski. I run my studio, A Cali Collective, with AI on one rule: a person approves everything before it goes out. That rule is what I teach, the way I'd explain it to a friend over coffee: plainly, with your business on the screen.
Here's what I've built: an AI system that runs the back office of my business. It drafts my emails, follow ups and reports, keeps track of every client project, and checks its own work before anything reaches me. I make the decisions and it handles the busywork. In the class I'll show you how to start a smaller version for your business.
“Within hours… I had a website I loved even more than the original!”
Their guidance saved me so much time, money, and frustration.
Real systems I built with AI.
A full build out for marinas that sits on top of the software they already run. A captain quiz for Great Loop cruisers unlocks a fuel discount and captures each lead, follow up and retention campaigns bring boaters back, and tracking ties the revenue back to the work.
The CRM I run my client work in: every client and project with its milestones, daily notes and a next action with an owner and a date, plus invoices, built for me and my team.
A platform for an adult rec soccer league. Players register, sign waivers, pay and follow the schedule, standings and playoff bracket. Sponsors get their own page and offer player perks, organizers run it all from an admin area, and it's built so any league can run on it.
I record, drop the audio file into one folder, and it takes care of the rest: posting transcripts, writing headlines and tagging each episode.
“AI is a thinking partner, not a replacement for your judgment. You stay the one who decides.”
Wilson Kowaleski
That is not a skills problem. Nobody has shown you where AI fits in your business. The free Starter Hour is where we start.
Save my spot, it's freeEach number is one past result from our client work. Not typical and not a promise. Your results depend on your business.
Online, 60 minutes. Thursday October 29 or Thursday November 5, 12:00 to 1:00 PM ET.
Three real cases, a live demo, your first useful prompt, and a checklist of the 10 places small businesses lose time and customers. Replay sent to everyone who signs up.
Save my spot, it's freeFor owners who want to build it with me, hands on, on their own accounts. Tuesday November 17 and Wednesday November 18, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET, in person in Florida, $497. Ask me about it at the end of the Starter Hour, or tick the box in the form below.

Yes. It's 60 minutes on Google Meet, no card and no catch. You'll get the Meet link by email, and a replay afterward.
Three real cases from our client work, a live look at how we run our own business with AI, your first useful prompt, and a checklist of the 10 places small businesses lose time and customers. Then questions. I mention the 2 Day Intensive once at the end, and that's it.
No. If you can send an email and join a video call, you can do this.
That's who this is for. No question is too basic. I start from the beginning, in plain English, and the replay is there if you want to watch it again.
Not blindly. It can sound sure and still be wrong. My rule is simple: it drafts, you check and decide. In the hour I'll show you how to check it before anything goes out.
For the Starter Hour, a laptop or phone and one question about your business. If you join the 2 Day Intensive later, we send a short checklist of logins to bring.
No. Every exercise works on free versions.
Yes. The Starter Hour replay goes to everyone who signs up. On the 2 Day Intensive, the teaching parts are recorded for attendees only, and the Ask Wilson time is not, so you can talk about your real numbers.
